Orders can only be made through our website www.hynebeauty.com - a confirmation of the order will be sent to the specified e-mail address within a few minutes. Should you not receive a confirmation, you must contact us. Hynebeauty Webshop reserves the right to deny a customer a purchase. All orders are considered to be binding and false orders are filed without exception. We log IP numbers on all orders. If you have made an order by mistake, you must contact us immediately.
If you are under 18, you must have the goalkeeper's approval in accordance with (1949: 381) Parental Code §2, §3 and §6.
Hynebeauty is responsible for printing errors, errors in information, and errors in specification, on all of our products and services in our webshop. All image information should be seen as illustrations and cannot be guaranteed to reflect the exact appearance and nature. Hynebeauty reserves the right to change all information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications and product offer, without prior notice. In case of final sales at the stated price or because a sale item has expired, Hynebeauty has the right to cancel the purchase and refund any amount paid in the best way. Hynebeauty shall notify the customer of replacement and equivalent sales items available.
Terms of payment
Hynebeauty is affiliated with Klarna Checkout, which is the leader in payment services in the Nordic region. Through Klarna Checkout you are offered different payment options after confirming your purchase at checkout. The payment options offered are tailored to you. Invoice is prevalent but you can, of course, change the payment method in step 2 to suit your needs, such as card payment or bank payment. All payment options are 100% secure.

Terms of invoice
Via Klarna Invoice, payment time is 14 days, but you can also choose the Clear Account option, which is a payment method where you choose how much you want to pay each month. However, in order to choose the Klarna invoice as a payment method, certain requirements must be met. You must be over 18 years without payment remarks and your address must be the same as the one you are registered with. You also must not have unpaid claims from Klarna.
When you complete the purchase and you have chosen payment options, you agree to a simplified credit test of Klarna, which will then verify that you meet the requirements. The invoice will be sent by email while sending out the order. If the payment is delayed, Klarna sends out a reminder and then charges a reminder fee. All prices are quoted including Swedish VAT currently 25%. We reserve the right to even. VAT increases or other price changes that we can not afford. In addition, subject to price adjustments, subject to price pricing regulations at the time of delivery.
Normal delivery time is 2-5 days. Certain discrepancies may occur during peak season and some promotions. We can not be responsible for delivering a product that is sold out or the product is out of stock. Should a product not be delivered, we will report the reason for this by e-mail. You have the right to cancel the purchase at no cost, in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act (1990: 932). If you have paid in advance, we will refund you within 7 days after we receive your return.
Mode of delivery
All products are delivered from our own warehouse. This is done by Posten or another shipping company. Mail packages will pick you up at the post office or postal partner during normal opening hours. Deliveries via another carrier are delivered by the freight forwarder. Normally they call and check so that the customer is at home and decides a delivery time. Items sent as letters are sent directly to your mailbox.

Return Policy / Substitution
We always have 14 days of withdrawal/return! The withdrawal period commences on the day you pick up your package at your place of delivery. The products must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered and may not be used or damaged. Completion note or a copy of the invoice must always be sent to facilitate handling during a return. Your money will be refunded within 7 business days after we receive and handle your return (Usually the money will be refunded the same night as the return was recorded in our system). We will refund the full amount including shipping and shipping fees when returning HEL orders. NOTE! In case of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for returning to us. Underclothes with broken packaging may not be returned!
Reklamation Hynebeauty Webshop applies the distance trading law (http://www.riksdagen.se/webbnav/index.aspx?nid=3911&dok_id=SFS2005:59&rm=2005&bet=2005:59) in all cases of complaints. Of course, we undertake to exchange/advertise incorrect or broken products at no extra charge to the customer. In case of a complaint, VFO is responsible for return shipping. We always follow the recommendations of the General Complaints Board.
Secure Payments Hynebeauty uses Secure Socket Layers - SSL when the customer signs up to him / her confirming his purchase at checkout. To protect economic and other information during the transfer, Secure Socket Layers, SSL, are often used.
